Meet Chailai, the friendliest 2-year-old boy you’ll ever meet! Recently, he was admitted to the WVS Treatment and Rehabilitation Center with a painful, long-term eye injury.
Because the injury was old and causing him chronic inflammation, our veterinary team made the difficult but necessary decision to surgically remove the eye to ensure he could finally live pain-free.

BACK ON HIS PATCH
Now that he’s feeling 100%, Chailai has been returned to his home territory. He is back with his community caretakers who will be keeping a watchful eye on him as he enjoys his new, pain-free life!
