Visiting Our New Friends At Thonglor Pet Hospital

Visiting Our New Friends At Thonglor Pet Hospital

Last week we were delighted to accept an invitation by Thonglor Pet Hospital Chiang Mai to visit their brand-new Airport branch.

Several of our senior team members, including our clinical director, director of operations, education coordinator, as well as the head of the WVS vet nursing task force, were warmly welcomed by Thonglor’s regional director Dr. Pongrawee Saenpanya, in their beautiful new building on Hangdong road. The subsequent tour revealed six floors of top-of the-line treatment, diagnostic and rehabilitation facilities, as well as space for training and educational activities.

Our team took the opportunity to express our gratitude for Thonglor’s generous offer to deploy WVS donation boxes at all of their 19 locations across Thailand. This will generate more support and awareness of our work for animals with no access to private care.

With over 1500 staff, including over 300 licensed veterinarians, Thonglor is by far the largest, and arguably one of the finest private veterinary groups in the region.

We are grateful for the ever-growing support from the Thai veterinary community and always strive to develop these relationships further, for the benefit of all animals in Thailand.

To support our work on behalf of animals with no other access to veterinary care, please donate at wvsthailand.org/en/donate/
