World-Class Vet Care For Strays

Kong, a 4-year-old male stray, came to the WVS Rescue Center with a huge tumor in his nose, severely infected tear ducts, as well as hole between his palate and his nasal passage (oro-nasal fistula). He was extremely thin, unable to eat solid food and barely able to breathe. Our excellent team of veterinarians quickly developed a carefully coordinated plan to attack all these problems.

The first few weeks of aggressive chemo-therapy, and a battery of other treatments, were hard on Kong. But in his sweet quiet way, this boy turned out to be quite a fighter, and six weeks later, he looks and feels much better. He can once again breathe freely, enjoys his food and loves to snuggle with our team members.

We are so happy that we can deliver international standard veterinary care to animals who have nowhere else to get help. If you want more dogs like Kong to get life-saving medical treatment please make a donation today!
