Too sweet to go back!

Magic a fluffy 5-year-old mix-breed, has been making a life of sorts at a local fresh market. Some of the sellers liked this friendly character and gave him enough food to survive. When they discovered that Magic was in obvious pain, they called the WVS rescue team for help.

Our experienced veterinarians discovered that Magic had a badly infected wound in his left ear canal. The pain this caused him, must have been excruciating. But he remained sweet, patient and very affectionate throughout the 9 long weeks it took to finally cure him.

With his treatment finished, Magic would normally return to the care of his friends at the market. But since we all felt he would make a wonderful pet, one of our great volunteers stepped up and offered to foster him, while we find him a perfect forever home.

Magic will shortly be available for adoption. Please let us know if you are interested in this cute, adorable softie! You can click on the MESSAGE BUTTON, or call us Monday through Saturday, 9-5, to discuss and set up a meeting.

If you want more dogs like Magic to get desperately needed free veterinary care, please consider making a donation today.
