One More Reason To Sterilize

Ko, a ten-year-old stray, was found collapsed near a local resort. Initial exam by the WVS veterinarians revealed a huge mass in his genital region. Closer examination showed that a tumor had formed and eventually fused both his testicles. The pain must have become unbearable.

Testicular cancer, a debilitating and often deadly condition, can occur in adult dogs of any age. It is easily prevented through timely sterilization. So please, don’t take the risk of making your dog suffer like this.

Our skilled surgeons will attempt to remove the source of Ko’s agony. Unlike a normal sterilization procedure, this operation will be difficult and the outcome is uncertain. We will update his progress in the coming days.

If you want more dogs like Ko to get help when nobody else will step up, please support our work by making a donation at wvsthailand.org/en/donate/
