Long, a very friendly stray came to our clinic with a spectacular growth on his back. Careful examination by the WVS veterinary team revealed that the tumor was benign, but needed to be removed as it was erupting and getting infected.
It took a great deal of surgical skill to excise the tumor and repair the massive gap this left in his skin. But the operation was a total success, and Long was thrilled to return to his friends at the temple just a few days ago.
Improving the quality of life for strays and community animals is part of our core mission. But we can’t do it alone — We need your support! If you want more dogs and cats like Long to receive desperately needed veterinary care, please make a donation today!
