Josh, a stray from Doi Inthanon, was discovered in a critical state. He had suffered severe trauma, with his left eye almost entirely displaced and multiple injuries across his body.
He was rushed to the WVS Thailand clinic for urgent care. Following a thorough assessment, our veterinary team performed the surgical removal of the eye to end his agony and prevent life-threatening infections.
The transformation has been remarkable. The surgery was a complete success; Josh’s wounds have healed, and he is finally free from suffering.
While he now navigates the world with only one eye, that eye sparkles with more hope and joy than ever before!
Thank you to all the caretakers who look after stray dogs in their communities. Your kindness and willingness to step in and help may be the one chance that changes their lives forever.
