Before becoming the beloved temple dogs and cats, many of them were once strays, some of which were abandoned pets. As the number of animals in the temples grows, so does the increased risk of serious diseases, such as distemper, tick-borne blood parasites, parvovirus, and rabies, which can be transmitted to humans.
WVS Thailand Foundation is dedicated to improving the animal welfare of temple animals. We provide rabies vaccinations, tick and flea prevention, deworming, and offer veterinary advice to strengthen temple dogs and cats' immunity and improve their health.
Together, we can enhance the quality of temple animals.
