It’s been just over a year since Bosco, one of our long-term patients, arrived at his forever home in the UK.
This humble market dog had suffered horrible burn wounds at the hands of a cruel person. It took all the skill and perseverance of the WVS veterinary team to help him heal over many months of treatments.
Despite his long, painful recovery, Bosco never lost his fondness for humans, nor his dream of finding a loving home. A year ago, our longtime WVS volunteer and supporter Toni finally made his dream come true.
Here’s what Toni says about her newest family member:
“What a superstar! Bosco is so sweet and loving and has settled in so well with his new family. My grandson loves him, my little shih tzu Evie adores him, and Alfie (another WVS rescue) has a new best mate to walk with.”
