Each year, our education team visits many local and international schools, to create knowledge and awareness about companion animal welfare. Chiang Mai International School School is one of those institutions who have welcomed us into their classrooms in the past several years. Due to the COVID Pandemic, it has been more than a year since our last visit to this particular school.
Nevertheless, the seeds of information and awareness we planted continue to grow, as shown in the independent initiative of some CMIS students: “Now or Never” a student-led environmental community service club at the school, that focuses mainly on environmental problems, recently put on a fundraiser on behalf of the WVS mission to help animals who have nowhere else to turn for help.
A MASSIVE SHOUT-OUT to the CMIS Now or Never team, and all the students who supported their initiative! We appreciate very much the donation you sent. But we appreciate even more, the work you do to raise awareness about issues such as that of homeless and community animals.
If YOU wish to support the WVS mission to help stray and community animals in our region, please consider making a donation at wvsthailand.org/en/donate/
