Her sweet and affectionate personality, make Happy a perennial favorite with every new batch of volunteers at our shelter. Many potential adopters also fall for this lovable girl, at first sight. Alas, her mild disability and chronic health issues have so far prevented her from finding the right forever home. But we never give up on any of our dogs and believe her day will come eventually.
